I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room on the higher floors offered a spacious layout and a fantastic view over the city. The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The hotel's underground parking was convenient, and being located in the city center, there were plenty of nice restaurants and a great shopping area nearby. The breakfast was simply amazing, with a wide variety of choices including fresh smoothies, a fantastic tea selection, and an abundance of sweet and savory options. I was thoroughly impressed with my stay at Nh Erlangen!

Well maintained and spacious room

In our superior room the TV remote control was without batteries, on request changed, coffee machine does not work. After 3/4 hours we checked out without coffee.

Everything is very pleasant and practical and the staff is super nice.

Bad wireless internet

The location was perfect, close to the pedestrian zone and highway. Very clean room, comfortable bed, and good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious rooms and good Wi-Fi. Big car park. Close to shops, restaurants, and terraces.

The staff was very friendly, both at check-in, as well as at breakfast. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and there was a large selection of different cold cuts and cheeses, as well as cereals, fresh fruits and vegetables. The rooms were clean and tidy.

The rooms are very clean and look a bit cold. But that's just a really small minus point, as this is a very subjective point of view.

The staff was very friendly and helpful in all things.

For people with gluten intolerance, eating is a particularly sensitive topic. What I lacked despite the effort of the staff, was an offer for sweet breakfast. Other travelers can, for example, have cake and danish, I unfortunately had no choice.

The hotel was conveniently located near public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. The room was clean and comfortable, offering a good night's sleep after a long day of sightseeing. The breakfast provided a decent variety of options, ensuring a good start to the day.

The staff at the reception seemed disinterested and were not helpful when we encountered an issue with our reservation. the Wi-Fi connection was unreliable and we had to pay for it, which is not what I expect from a modern hotel.

The staff at the front desk was especially positive and warm, which immediately gives a pleasant feeling and has embellished the stay!

The breakfast room is being rebuilt; therefore, a provisional breakfast room is set up in the seminar room. This is very unpleasant: ventilation was too strong, no good atmosphere, old furniture, do not turn up the breakfast selection. Such a circumstance must be communicated to the customer at an early stage.

I recently stayed at Nh in Erlangen for a few nights and had a great experience. The staff at the reception and breakfast were incredibly friendly, fast, and service-oriented. The hotel's location in the city center and easy access to the highway was a big plus. The beds were comfortable and the room had practical and timeless furnishings, including a small fridge, flat-screen TV, and safe.

its location was genious. The staff was extremely friendly and the fact that the majority of them spoke English made it easy for us. Room service and cleaning did a very good job.

There were no bellboys to help with the luggage upon arrival or departure of guests. The Wi Fi net service was awful, you need to get a new password for using the net everyday, and it didn't work properly, usually it went on and off all the time.

We stayed in NH Erlangen for a business trip. The hotel is of very good standard and in nice location of the city - close to the main railway station and old city can be reached very easily as well. Sometimes in the network hotels you can meet indifferent staff, but this was definately not the case with NH Erlangen! All the staff was very nice and welcoming, but our special thanks to Kim at the reception!

I would recommend to provide all the guests with a free Wi-Fi connection without any limitation to 24 hours. We stayed for 3 nights and had to ask for the password for 3 times. Of course it's a minor thing, but the only one I can really think of.

I recently stayed at the Nh hotel in Erlangen for a business trip. The location was perfect, close to my client and the Main Street with all the shops and restaurants. The reception staff was friendly and the ladies at breakfast were lovely. I enjoyed the tea pots at breakfast and the delicious breakfast options. The king bed and mattress were incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the fridge in the room. The hotel also had a gym and a nice bar. The option to have a free drink instead of a room cleaning was a brilliant idea. The hair dryers in the room were also fantastic.

Would recommend this hotel.

Location

Hotel doesn't correspond to price. It's claimed as 4* however worth less than 3*. Breakfast costs 17 euro per person (hardly you able to find any restaurant for diner for this price in Erlangen), terrible free Internet in lobby and very costly in the rooms (I believe, terrible as well), outdated room impressions and two separate and merged beds as "king size bed" Everything for 155euro/day. Just unbelievable.
